The parchment paper folding trick my aunt showed me in Toledo
She said to crumple it up first, then flatten it out, and it fits the pan like a glove without sliding around, which saves me about 5 minutes of fighting with it every time I roast vegetables, has anyone else tried this?

That trick works great, but my aunt also used it to start campfires in Ohio.
