Warning: that one week I tried cooking with frozen veggies for everything backfired hard
My stir fry turned into soup, my roasted broccoli came out mushy, and I wasted $12 on a bag of frozen peppers that tasted like nothing, has anyone else just accepted that some shortcuts are a ripoff?

Honestly quit while you're ahead and stick to fresh.

I hear you @gavin_knight39 but "stick to fresh" misses the point since frozen veggies can be just as good if you know how to cook them.
