That one Tuesday last summer when I fixed 6 flats before noon
I had a string of customers come in with the SAME thorn puncture from a trail over by the river, it was like a conveyor belt of sad tires. Every bike had a little twisted piece of goathead buried in the tread that I could spot from across the shop after the third one. Has anyone else had a weird day where one specific problem just kept showing up back to back?

Lol I gotta disagree a little. Six flats in one morning sounds more like bad luck on your end than some weird cosmic repeat thing. I work at a shop near a gravel path and we get those days where everyone comes in with the same issue because they all ride the same trail after a storm. Goatheads don't care about your schedule, they just show up when the wind blows them onto the asphalt.
