Hit 50 episodes of a show I hated, then it finally clicked

I stuck with a drama series that bored me for 12 episodes just to see if the hype was worth it, and episode 50 had a twist that flipped the whole story. Has anyone else pushed past a slow start that long and actually got rewarded?

Honestly the real payoff might be watching how much your own patience changed, like you spent 50 episodes training yourself to notice stuff you'd normally ignore, and now you're probably seeing foreshadowing in every other show too early. That twist probably felt earned but the bigger reward is you know you can sit through anything now, which is wild since most people bail by episode three.
