TIL the first season of 'The Bear' was filmed in just 30 days

I was watching a behind the scenes thing and they said they shot the whole first season in a month, which is crazy fast for a show that looks so good. The director said they used handheld cameras and natural light a lot to keep things moving. Has anyone else seen a show that was made that quick but still turned out amazing?

I used to think you needed tons of time for quality, but that's wild.

Right? I totally get that feeling. My own attempts at quick projects usually look like a toddler did them. Tried to whip up a birthday card in ten minutes last week and it looked so bad I had to buy one instead. Guess some people just have that skill to make fast work look good.
