Tried binging The Terminal List after watching Jack Ryan and it's not even close
I spent the whole weekend watching both shows back to back and The Terminal List just had way more tension in every scene. Jack Ryan felt too slow and political for me, like I was waiting 3 episodes for something to actually happen. Anyone else find one way more bingeable than the other?

Used to be a Jack Ryan fan all the way, thought it was smarter TV. Then I watched The Terminal List on a rainy Sunday and damn, totally flipped my opinion. The scene where Pratt is in that room with all the photos on the wall, just piecing it together alone, that hit way harder than any White House briefing scene. Jack Ryan has those long stretches where they're setting up the next big thing but The Terminal List keeps you on edge the whole time. It moved faster and felt more real somehow, even with all the violence. That show changed my mind about what a good thriller looks like.

I read somewhere that the showrunner actually talked about how they wanted each episode to feel like a self contained mission instead of just building toward one big finale. That stuck with me because it explains why The Terminal List never drags. Even the quieter scenes like that photo wall moment still feel urgent, like you're right there with him losing his mind. Jack Ryan always felt like it was saving the good stuff for later, but this show just keeps delivering.
