Update: my $1800 TV died 40 minutes into episode 3 and I finished the whole season on my phone
Honestly, my 2 year old 65 inch TV just went black on me last Tuesday, right in the middle of a show I was finally getting into. I sat there for 10 minutes pressing the remote like an idiot, then did the unplug and plug back in thing, nothing. So I grabbed my phone, propped it on a coffee cup, and watched the last 6 episodes of the season on a 6 inch screen. Tbh it was almost better because I couldn't see how bad the picture was on the big one. Now the TV is in my garage waiting on a repair guy who won't come until Friday, and I'm wondering if I even want it back. Has anyone else just given up on a TV mid season and survived on a phone, or did I officially lose it?
