A friend told me I was hoarding board games and it hit me hard
Last month my buddy Mark came over and saw my shelves crammed with 50+ games I hadn't touched in years. He said, 'You're not a collector, you're just a hoarder with fancy boxes.' That stung lol. I ended up selling 15 games on Facebook Marketplace and used the $200 to buy a few games my group actually plays. Has anyone else had to trim their collection because of a harsh comment?

Did you keep any that you actually felt guilty about even though you never play them? Man, I had this same thing happen with my music gear. Buddy told me I had more guitars than actual songs I knew how to play. I ended up selling a vintage Fender that I babied for years but barely touched. With the cash I grabbed a cheap acoustic that I actually take to jam sessions now. Its funny how one comment can force you to look at your stuff differently.

Keep the Fender and learn a new song on it instead isn't that the actual point?
