Update: caved and bought a $45 wooden insert for Terraforming Mars, now I can't tell if I got scammed
I grabbed the folded space style insert for my copy last month because setup was taking 20 minutes and my group was losing patience at the kitchen table. It does cut setup to about 5 minutes, but I lost the box lid gap and now the whole thing weighs a ton. My buddy says inserts are a waste and baggies plus a plano box do the same job for $8. Where do you all land on this, worth it or just fancy cardboard?

Baggies and a plano box are just as good, saves you forty bucks for actual expansions.
