Last month in my Denver group, a disagreement over 'The Goldfinch' turned into a shouting match about someone's life choices... has your club ever had a discussion cross that line?

Sounds like people need to chill, it's just a book. Getting that heated over fiction is wild lol.

This actually reminds me of a thing that happened in my old D&D group... we had this big blowup over whether a character should be allowed to use a homebrew class. One guy argued for like three hours straight, and another guy just got up and left mid-sentence. We never played together again after that night.
