Our book club read 300 pages a month for two years, then we switched to 100 pages and everyone shows up now
We cut our monthly pick from a full novel to a novella plus two short stories back in January, and attendance jumped from 4 people to 11 by March, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has tried shrinking the reading load instead of shrinking the meeting.
