Can we talk about how long it takes to fix a bad cover warp?
I had a client's leather cover warp after a humidity spike in my shop, and it took me three full days of careful dampening, pressing, and drying cycles to get it flat again. I thought it would be a quick fix, but it ate up my whole weekend schedule. What's your go-to method for fixing a warped cover without starting over?

Ever feel like you're just babysitting a piece of wet cardboard for three days straight? That's my go-to method too, and it's a total time suck. I haven't found a faster way that doesn't risk making it worse.

Try cranking up the heat with a fan and a dehumidifier in a closed room. You can get it bone dry in under a day if you set it up right. The risk of warping is way overblown if you don't rush the initial drying phase. I've done this a dozen times without a single piece buckling.

So what's your exact setup for that first, slow drying phase?
