I just finished my 100th handmade book and it hit me different than I thought

I've been bookbinding as a side thing for about 4 years now, and last week I finally hit 100 completed books. Ngl, I didn't even notice until I was stacking them for a photo and decided to count. I mostly do coptic stitch and case bindings, nothing too fancy, but seeing that stack of 100 books on my worktable really surprised me. Each one taught me something new, like how to get cleaner corners or fix a misaligned spine. The milestone made me realize how much I've improved since my first ugly little notebook with the crooked stitching. Has anyone else hit a random number that made you stop and think about your progress? I'm curious if it felt weird for you too.

Man, 100 books and I still can't get my cat to stop sitting on my paper.

Yeah I just gave up and put a second paper next to mine for her to sit on. Works like a charm.
