Just finished my 500th book repair this afternoon

It was a 1920s copy of 'The Great Gatsby' with a completely detached spine. I realized I've gotten way faster at rebacking since I started tracking them. What's a milestone that made you stop and think about your own progress?

500 books is impressive, but I wonder what those repairs taught you about yourself as a reader.
