Check the date on any tutorial video before you start. So many old methods get updated without anyone saying.

Old methods still work fine though... sometimes the new way is just different, not better.

Oh for sure @fisher.kevin, you hit the nail on the head there. I tried swapping to a digital pressure washer gauge last year and it just felt awkward and slow compared to my old dial one. Plus that new silicone sealant everyone raves about? I went back to the old rubber stuff after it cracked in a month. Sometimes the classic way just has that grit the new stuff doesn't.
