My new Monstera albo cutting started wilting in my Denver apartment

I got this variegated Monstera albo cutting from a local plant swap two weeks ago, and it was doing fine until yesterday when the leaves started drooping. I checked the roots and they looked okay, so I moved it away from my south facing window where it was getting direct light for about 4 hours a day. Has anyone else had a Monstera react like this to too much sun?

Man, that sucks. Yeah, @joel_young is spot on - Denver sun is brutal, I've scorched more plants up here than I care to admit, including a fern I swore was indestructible. My rule of thumb is bright, indirect light or a sheer curtain between it and that south window, especially for a cutting that's still trying to figure out how to be a plant.

Yeah, that direct Denver sun is probably WAY too intense for it.

It'll fry anything delicate in hours.
