PSA: My succulents got sunburned, so I changed their spot.

I thought succulents always wanted full sun. After a few got crispy, I moved them to partial shade. Now I'm not sure what's best, full sun or some shade. What do you think?

My three jade plants in Texas got those bleached, white spots on the top leaves last July. I moved them to the porch where they only get morning light now. Partial shade definitely works better here.
