That big botanical garden in Atlanta got something wrong with their native plant section
I finally made it to the Atlanta Botanical Garden last Saturday after hearing everyone rave about it for years, and while the tropical dome was impressive, I was really disappointed by their native plant area. They had all these fancy hybrid versions of native species mixed in with the real ones, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of showing people what actually grows wild around here. Am I the only one who thinks botanical gardens should keep their native sections strictly local and wild, not all bred up and manicured?
