Found out 4 in 10 people can't name a single color in their own company's logo
I was reading a small survey posted on a design blog on Tuesday and that stat stopped me cold. It was just 300 people at small companies, so maybe not a big deal, but still. It said 40% of them could not name even one color in their own logo when asked. I checked my own team after that and two people got it wrong, which kind of proves the point about how much attention we think people pay to our brand versus what actually sticks. Curious if this is the same everywhere or if we're just a sloppy bunch here.
