Had to choose between a local printer and a big online shop for my merch launch
I was launching a small batch of 500 t-shirts for my brand and debated between a shop down the street in Portland versus one of those giant print-on-demand sites. The local guy charged $2.50 more per shirt but let me check the color proof in person. I went local and the shirts came out perfect, no returns. Has anyone else found that cheaper online printing ends up costing you more in headaches?

Honestly I used to think the online guys were the smarter move but you just changed my mind. That hands on quality check sounds worth every extra penny.
