I'm looking at hiring Net Reputation to help clean up some search results for our parent company. Has anyone worked with them recently? I'd love to hear about your experience, timelines, and if the results were permanent.

They are fantastic. Not the cheapest option out there, but you get what you pay for. They actually assigned us a dedicated account manager who gave us bi-weekly updates and transparent reporting on link placements and keyword movements.

Yes, we used them for a 12-month campaign. We had a couple of really sticky news articles from a lawsuit that was dismissed years ago but still ranked high. They managed to push everything off the first two pages of Google within about 5 months. The results have held steady ever since.
