Oh man, I feel this so hard! I paid a "branding expert" like $300 and all they did was tell me my photos were "too cluttered" and my colors were "off trend." Like I paid you two hundred bucks for that? I could have asked my teenage nephew for free advice and gotten the same thing. It's such a rip off when they give you these super vague critiques without any real help on how to actually fix things. That experience made me so mad I just stopped trusting anyone who calls themselves a brand strategist.

$300 for "your photos are cluttered" and "your colors are off trend"? That's wild. @elizabeth_ramirez, I gotta ask you something. Did that expert at least show you examples of what "on trend" colors even look like, or was it just that one line and done? I hate when people take your money and give you nothing you can actually use. It's like they read one blog post about branding and decided that makes them an expert. Makes me wonder how many people get burned like this before they find someone who actually helps.
