Took me 4 years to figure out I was positioning my logo wrong on packaging

Honestly I was at the grocery store last Tuesday buying some crackers and I saw a new brand on the shelf. Their logo was this tiny thing in the bottom corner and I almost missed it. Then I looked at my own product line we launched 4 years ago and realized my logo was doing the same thing hidden down there. I always thought the product name was what mattered but that cracker brand had their logo front and center at eye level and I remembered it instantly. Has anyone else had that moment where you realize you've been putting your brand mark in the wrong spot the whole time?

I moved my logo up top and sales jumped about 20 percent the next quarter.
