Update: I used to think a brand was just a logo and a color scheme...

I was working on a project for a local coffee shop here in Tacoma, and the owner kept talking about the 'vibe' of the place. I thought that was just fluff. Then I saw a customer post a picture of their cup on Instagram, not because of the logo, but because of the little doodle the barista drew on it. That's when it clicked... the brand is the whole feeling people get, not just the pictures. It's been six months, and I'm still trying to figure out how to plan for those little moments. How do you even measure that kind of stuff?

Read something about tracking customer stories, not just numbers.
