Debate: Should competition prep include rest days or not?

Last week I did a 7 day marathon of duck herding drills with zero breaks, and my flock got MORE responsive by day 4. But my buddy in Omaha swears his ducks tanked after 3 days straight. Who's side are you on here?

Tough flock" or not, rest days let their brains actually process the drills, you can't just brute force duck herding.

Can't believe you went 7 days straight without a break, that's wild honestly lol. Most ducks I've worked with start getting sloppy around day 4 if you don't give them at least one rest day. Your birds must be next level or you just got lucky with a tough flock lmao.
