Honestly, you gotta secure a catch net or a debris screen under that scaffold. Brick dropping into the mixer is bad luck, but it could have hit someone instead. I've had a loose brick land right next to my foot once, and that was enough to make me tie everything down with zip ties and rope. Check your scaffold clamps and planks too, sometimes the locking pins can work loose. Tbh, if your mixer is in the landing zone, just move it a few feet over. Saves a lot of headache and cleanup time.

Yeah @sandragonzalez I started using a debris screen after a hammer fell near my foot, works way better.
