I FINALLY figured out a meal prep system that works for my family of 5
I spent like 4 months trying different batch cooking methods and they all took way too much time or made awful leftovers. Turns out the trick was just buying a big bag of potatoes and roasting them with whatever veg is on sale that week. Has anyone else found a simple base ingredient that saves your budget?

Ha, I tried that meal prep thing once and ended up eating burnt rice for a week straight. Potatoes are a lifesaver though, I just toss em in the air fryer and pretend I'm a chef. My budget thanks me, even if my taste buds don't.
