PSA: I found a $3 bag of lentils in my pantry from 2020 and they cooked up perfectly last night

I was sure they'd be trash, but a 30 minute soak and a boil with some garlic saved me a grocery trip. Anyone else have a 'pantry miracle' that saved your budget recently?

My friend found a fancy jar of sun-dried tomatoes from 2019 last week and used them in pasta, @cole_patel41 was totally right.

It's wild how much good stuff we already own, hiding in plain sight lol.

Most people just own a bunch of junk they never use. It's clutter, not hidden treasure. The good stuff is usually what you actually go out and buy for a purpose.
