My $80 blender died after 14 months, but the $30 hand mixer is winning
Last Tuesday my Oster blender just stopped mid-smoothie. Smoke smell and everything. I was gonna replace it with the same model since I had a coupon but then I saw the hand mixer on sale. Honestly it takes 2 extra minutes and my arm gets tired, but I saved 50 bucks and it handles everything I actually make. No more giant pitcher taking up half my cabinet either. Has anyone else downgraded a small appliance and been relieved about it?
