Swapped my biweekly supermarket runs for a monthly bulk order

I used to wander the aisles every two weeks grabbing random stuff I thought I needed. Now I order dry goods and pantry stuff online once a month from a place called Azure Standard and saved about $40 a trip on impulse buys. Anyone else cut out the middle aisle and see their grocery bill drop?

Oh man, that's a smart move! My buddy tried something similar a few months back. He was always grabbing those bags of chips and random sauces at the grocery store, you know the stuff you see and just toss in the cart. He switched to a monthly bulk order and he told me he saved like fifty bucks that first month just on stuff he didn't even need. But he said the hardest part was figuring out how much of everything to order so he didn't run out of things like flour or rice three weeks in. Still, he's been doing it for like six months now and he swears he'll never go back to the weekly shopping chaos.
