6 months of daily spreads vs weekly spreads, and my weekly brain finally won
I was team daily spread for almost a year. Every morning I'd set up a new page with time slots and tasks. Looked great but I was spending 10 minutes just setting it up each day. Around 3 months ago I switched to a simple weekly layout where all 7 days fit across two pages. Now my Friday task list is right next to Thursday's unfinished stuff and I actually remember to carry things over. Has anyone else found that weekly spreads work better for memory or is it just my brain wiring?

The daily spread crowd likes to say it keeps you accountable but really it just makes you a slave to your own system. Weekly spreads let you actually see the week as a whole instead of pretending each day is a fresh start.

Wait you actually think daily spreads make you a slave? That's wild, I've never heard that take before.
