Dotted grid on the wrong side of the page, game changer
Last month I picked up a cheap notebook from a sale and the cover was on backwards, the dots were on the back of each sheet instead of the front. I almost threw it out, but I decided to use it anyway because my index was already set up. Now I flip every page over and it honestly works better for my left handed writing, no more shadow smudges. The grid lines hit the same spacing but the paper tooth feels smoother on the flip side. Any lefties out there tried this or do you just deal with the bleed through?

Wait, the cover was literally on backwards? Like the binding was on the wrong side? That's wild that it lined up with the dots too, I would've returned it instantly. But honestly the paper tooth thing makes total sense, some notebooks pick a side for printing and the other side feels totally different. I'm right handed so I never thought about the smudge issue, but flipping the page is such a simple hack that sounds weirdly genius.
