Finally had to choose between a weekly spread and a daily log after 6 months of doing both

I picked the weekly spread because my ADHD brain needs that big picture view, and now my daily tasks actually get done instead of getting lost in a sea of half-finished notes - has anyone else had to ditch one layout style for another?

Yo, I actually read an interesting piece about how analog systems work better for ADHD brains because the physical act of writing helps with memory and focus. Some folks swear by the "rolling weekly" method where you just keep a running list that gets refreshed each week instead of sticking to a rigid layout. Do you find the weekly spread helps you actually see what day it is, or is it more about task triage?

Yeah I feel you on that "sea of half-finished notes" thing. I had a bullet journal for like three months and it just turned into this messy blob of shopping lists and random phone numbers. I ended up just using a plain legal pad and throwing it away every week. It's weird how sometimes the simpler thing works better even when you want to be all organized.
