Hit 500 consecutive days of bullet journaling this week
I started tracking my daily mood and sleep back in 2023 and just passed 500 straight entries, which surprised me because I usually drop habits after a month. The weird part is I thought the streak would feel like an accomplishment, but instead it just made me realize how much I rely on this system to keep my head straight. Anyone else hit a milestone that made you rethink why you even started?

Wait are we really acting like tracking your mood every day is some deep existential thing? I mean, good on you for keeping a streak and all, but it's just writing stuff in a notebook lol.

That part about "keeping my head straight" really hit me. I got to 200 days of journaling and realized it was less about the streak and more about having a place to dump my brain before bed. The habit became my anchor without me even noticing it.
