My old weekly spread was a mess until I saw a setup from a user in Austin

I used to cram everything into one tiny box per day, which meant my tasks always ran over and I felt behind. After seeing a post from someone in Austin who uses a simple two-column layout, I switched to that about three months ago. Now I have a column for appointments and a column for tasks, and it's stopped the daily overflow. Has anyone else found a simple layout change that fixed a big problem?

My friend in Seattle switched to color coded sticky notes and it saved her whole semester.

Seattle must have a secret sticky note factory that pumps out magical colored squares. I tried that system last year and ended up with a rainbow explosion on my wall that just gave me more anxiety. The real trick, @diana155, is remembering what each color even means after the third week. My system collapsed when I ran out of the "urgent" orange ones and had to use pink for everything. It felt less like a saving grace and more like a colorful reminder of my own chaos.
