Reddit guy told me my collections were just fancy to-do lists, and after thinking about it for a week I regrouped everything into monthly tasks with actual migration dates.

Anyone else find that once you stop trying to track everything in one place and just focus on what's actually coming up this month, the whole system feels way less cluttered?

My August list has 47 items on it and I honestly need to see all of them at once or I'll forget something important. Breaking it down monthly just means I'll panic on September 1st when I realize I moved a deadline without updating the whole picture.
