Showerthought: I thought a bullet journal was just a fancy planner until my friend showed me her setup
For a long time, I figured it was just a notebook with some dots and a lot of stickers. Then my friend Sarah walked me through her journal from last year, showing me how she tracked her mood, her water intake, and even her plant watering schedule all in one place. She had a whole section for planning her garden, with sketches and seed lists. Seeing how she used it for way more than just a daily to-do list totally changed my mind. So, what's something you thought was silly about bullet journaling until you tried it yourself?

Wait, you actually track every single glass of water you drink all day?

What's the point of tracking water intake?

Ever tried to work out or focus at work when you're just dragging? That's often low water. Tracking it keeps me from getting headaches or feeling foggy. I aim for a certain amount by lunch so I'm not chugging a gallon at bedtime. It's less about hitting a perfect number and more about avoiding those totally avoidable rough days.
