Tried the two page weekly spread, ended up with 4 blank pages by Thursday

I saw everyone raving about those minimalist weekly layouts, so I switched from my usual daily logs. By midweek I was cramming 3 days of tasks into one tiny box and the other side sat empty. Has anyone else gone back to a daily layout after trying the weekly thing?
