Hit 500 whole pigs broken down this month and it threw me for a loop

I mean, I knew I'd been busy but I didn't realize I'd passed that mark until I checked my kill sheet. Started keeping track back in March when I took over the whole cut floor at Martin's Meat in Iowa City. Has anyone else tracked a specific cut count and been surprised by the number?

That "threw me for a loop" part hits different. I once counted how many times I sharpened my knives in a week and ended up sitting in my truck for ten minutes just staring at the dash.
