My worst Saturday in 8 years behind the counter
Honestly last Saturday I had 3 whole primals that were just full of abscesses and scar tissue from bad shots at the farm. Took me almost 4 hours just to salvage maybe 60% of the meat on one steer. Has anyone else dealt with a whole shipment coming in that rough?

Man that sucks. Tell your supplier to pull those culls or find a new one.
