New grinder at the shop seized up after 3 months

The bearing on a brand new Hobart 4732 gave out mid-shift last Thursday, smoked the whole motor. Anyone else have luck getting warranty service from Hobart or am i better off just replacing it myself?

and once the warranty runs out they'll dodge you on parts too.

Honestly @hollym82, I used to think it was just people being dramatic, but after my fridge died at 2 years old I completely changed my mind.
