Appreciation post: 500 drawer boxes in one year totally flipped my view on shop-built dovetails

I hit 500 drawer boxes last month on a production run for a hotel project in Nashville, and I finally get why the old guys push for half-blind joints over the jig shortcuts. The consistency after that number is unreal, has anyone else hit a milestone that made them rethink their methods?
