Why does nobody talk about the cost of those fancy magnetic drawer slides?
I put them in a whole kitchen remodel and they added almost $800 to the job. The client didn't even notice the difference from good soft-close ones. Anyone have a go-to slide that's solid but won't break the bank?

Yeah my buddy had the same thing happen. He said the client just kept opening and closing the same drawer like "wow so smooth" but it was just the regular slides he already had.

Remember when people said good slides were just for show? I used to think that too until I replaced the old ones in my kitchen. The difference in how the drawers move and hold weight is real, not just a smooth feel. It changed how I use the cabinets every day.
