Been using the same coax stripping method for years, but a new guy's comment made me stop cold
I was showing a trainee my 'quick pinch and pull' trick on a drop line, and he just asked, 'Doesn't that nick the center conductor sometimes?' I checked my last three terminations under a magnifier, and sure enough, two had tiny cuts I couldn't see with my eyes. What's your go-to method for a clean strip every time, no guessing?
