House wrap staple gun deal saved me 40 bucks last week

I was running coax under a new build outside Minneapolis last Wednesday and my old T25 stapler finally gave out after 8 years. Picked up a DeWalt cordless stapler off a clearance rack for 60 bucks marked down from 100 and it punched through the Tyvek like butter. Anyone else find good tool deals on random clearance at supply houses or am I just getting lucky?

Tyvek is actually a housewrap not Tyvek brand specifically, not all of them are the same brand.

Wait, so you got 8 years out of that old T25 before it gave up? Did you ever have to swap out the driver guide or any parts on it, or did it just run until the motor died? I'm trying to figure out if these things are worth fixing when they finally choke.
