Sat in on a training session last month that changed my mind about termination tools

I always used the basic $20 crimper from the supply house because it worked fine for years. But after I watched the senior installer demo the Klein VDV226-110 on a cat6 run at a job site in Portland, I saw how clean his ends came out every time. He said "the trick is not having to wiggle the connector" and that clicked for me. I spent the $60 on one last week and my speed on terminations went up by maybe 15 percent already. Anyone else notice a big jump after switching tools?
