The nurse at the hospital told me my ladder stance was off

I was doing a install at St. Mary's in Reno last Tuesday, running line to a new wing. A nurse walked by while I was on a 8 foot step ladder and said 'you lean like my grandpa after his hip surgery'. I laughed it off but then she showed me how I was favoring my left side, all weight on one leg. I fixed my stance and honestly the rest of that job went way faster, no more sore knee by hour three. Has anyone else had a random civilian point out a body mechanic thing that actually helped your work day?
