Give YouTube its due, @the_jason, it's a huge help. (seriously, saved me on brake jobs). But it didn't teach a whole generation alone. We also learned from friends, family, and those confusing repair manuals. Plus, some people just never learn, no matter how many videos they watch. So it's more like YouTube filled in the gaps for a lot of us.
