Take a closer look at the metal on that spanner. Most cheap ones are cast aluminum, not steel, so they strip with barely any torque. Did you check the pin size before buying, or just grab the cheapest option you found?

Honestly, that sucks man. Did you check if the replacement tips from another brand might fit, or are you just gonna eat the loss?
