Took 11 days to get my car out of a port in Newark and I'm still not over it
Back when I shipped my Civic from LA to Jersey, the broker said 5 to 7 days door to door, easy. Day 6 comes and my car is sitting at the port in Newark because of some paperwork hold the carrier never mentioned. I called that broker 9 times over the next week and got maybe 2 real answers. Finally got it delivered on day 11 after I drove down there myself with the title in hand. Anyone else deal with port delays like this, or did I just pick the wrong carrier?
